Is it possible to insert a line with one arrow at the end, like a dimension arrow?

Yes,
See Dimensions .. Leader (DE). Reference
In the Option Toolbar tick 'Arrow head', this property can afterwards be set or cleared when the Leader is selected.
In essence a Polyline with an arrow at its start.
A Leader can have a single leg.
A neat trick is to explode any Dimension, select and copy an arrow, Undo the explosion and paste the arrow.
This shape is a Solid with 3 points what can't be generated directly in QCAD.
In essence a filled triangle.
