Following the User's Guide procedure cannot get .pdf conversion fron this file
The result is a .DWG Drawing that can no longer be opened

Your problems might stem from the unlucky name of the file:
LABORATORIO CON NEGOZIO.dwg.dxf
The file is a DXF file and should be named:
LABORATORIO CON NEGOZIO.dxf
When exporting to PDF, the export should be named
LABORATORIO CON NEGOZIO.pdf
The file loads and exports to PDF without any issues here.
