You have to register, you cannot use your Qcad forum login details.

So I have registered in the bugtracker BEFORE the forum!

I can change the password, but still I can't login anyway.

I've just logged in without any errors, so I can't see it being a website problem. Having said that, I do occasionally have trouble logging in with the correct data.
Sorry I can't be of any more help.

Changing your user password is typically done when already logged in.
Otherwise anyone would be able to change your password.

You probably mean that on the QCAD Bugtracker site there is a button to Login in the right upper corner.
A dialog opens to enter your Username and Password.
If you enter a wrong Password then you get: Error #7: Login failed, password incorrect!

If you did not register yet with Username Dr.Radio then you get: Error #23: User or group not enabled for login.
Disregarding the given Password.
We can replicate that with Dr.Radio and a bogus Password.

In the same login dialog there is 'button' to register as new user.
More just underlined text without borders.
It is not synchronized with your QCAD Forum login.
The QCAD Bugtracker site and the QCAD Forum site are two separate things.

In my case the Username and Password are twice the same.
An identical Username and Password combination for both sites is thus perfectly possible if still available.
The terms 'Janik' or 'Dr.Radio' are not found on the site, 'Radio' pops up in relation to a Radio Button (FS#1862).

Suspecting that you didn't register yet or that the dot in your Username is an issue.
If you are certain that you already logged in as a Bugtracker user then you could try Lost Password?

I changed it through "Forgot my password" button. Then I entered correct login and password, and still can't login.
I suspect there's some IP blocklist on bugtracker, because my ISP hides my host beyond NAT.

I know it, because at first I tried to write bug report on bugtracker, but it failed, so I have registered on the forum.
