Recently I purchased QCAD CAM and am really enjoying using it. The headless interface is great

Has anyone got a solution for quantity control/input when nesting from the command line?

Having 50 of the same part in a drawing feels like a waste. The complexity gets out of hand so quickly.

No. However, you can define the quantity in your drawing by selecting the part and using CAM > Set Nesting Quantity.
