Hello!
I just bought the profesional version of qCad.
My name is Ionut - I am a automation design entusiast - with a focus on open source projects.
My focus now is to implement a conection between Blender and qCAD (via sverchok - a visual scripting solution in the Blender env) using a watchdog.
In this way one can have a 3D medium for some kind of BIM geometry (like dotbim, ifc or other), and a 2D CAD solution in real time.
While using python (ezdxf library).
I work on windows 11, 64 bit.
I've tested in the free version the posibility to use a javascript script to do a conection between the dxf file and qcad.
For some reasons qCad don't recognise my scripts.
Is there something I am missing?
Or should I use C++ Qt?
I should mention I am not a C++ knower. I will relly on Cursor here.
Thank you in advance!
